Enrollment Analyst

Supporting the accuracy and maintenance of member eligibility, the fully remote Enrollment Analyst II will process enrollment forms, manage member records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate eligibility and billing operations. Key responsibilities Process enrollment forms and changes for new and existing groups, including COBRA and address updates Review and correct discrepancies in member records and ID cards, and assist with electronic group error reports Maintain communication with internal departments and employer groups while supporting the training of new Enrollment employees Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of administrative experience required; dental insurance knowledge preferred Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and 10-key Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision 2-4 years of experience in a related role with dental insurance knowledge required
