We are seeking a diligent Building Cleaner to clean commons areas and vacant units in our apartment building. Working as part of a small team during day shifts, the successful candidate will use standard commercial cleaning tools to ensure all areas, including restrooms and windows, meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and dust all assigned areas
- Dispose of waste efficiently and properly
- Clean windows to maintain clear and spotless surfaces
- Use standard commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level or higher experience in building cleaning
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
