Position Overview

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide care within a nursing home setting in Manhattan, NY. This is a per-diem position. Must have at least 6 months of experience as an NP.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to residents in a nursing home setting.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
Respond to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
