Job Summary Provides leadership, education, research, advance practice consultation and clinical expertise for population-based nursing care. Facilitates the integration of patient disease and medical treatment, designing, implementing and evaluating program of care. Job Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelors degree in Nursing required. Minimum Experience Requirement: Previous experience as a Certified Diabetes Educator. Excellent customer service skills required. Minimum License Requirement: California RN license required. BLS required. Certified Diabetes Educator. Current California Driver's License required with proof of validation of insurance. Pay Range $57.36 - $88.90 We are more than just a health system.
