4:00pm-12:00am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator for a company in Eagle, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 2nd shift.

Machine Operator Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate various sizes of injection molding machines after set-ups are made by others
• Position inserts, cycle presses, remove molded parts, and clear knock-out pins to ensure proper action
• Inspect molded parts for fill-out, color surface blemishes, finish, and dimension
• Trim, wrap, and package molded parts as well as counting rejects
• Sit or stand next to the machine while product is molded
• Pull finished product out of machine throughout the shift
• Keep track of products by counting, packaging products

Machine Operator Requirements:

- Must be able to stand and sit for entire shift

- Vision correctable to 20/20 with the use of magnifying apparatus

- Grasp up to 3 pounds with hands, perform fine hand manipulation

- Able to bend and lift up to 30 pounds up to shoulder height, push/pull material up to 10 pounds

- Able to read and write English

- Able to accurately count parts, distinguish subtle color shifts

- Good hand-eye coordination

- Manufacturing experience preferred
