Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely "Guest First" service ensuring all orders are perfect and guests feel valued
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere to sanitation standards
• Assist fellow team members and support a cooperative service environment
• Follow company policies including dress code, clock-in/out times, and safety guidelines
• Handle cash, credit card payments, coupons, and gift cards according to established procedures
• Attend company meetings and training seminars to continuously improve skills

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Food Handler's Certificate as required
• Strong verbal communication and basic math skills
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions and manage workflow independently
