Staff AccountantSeeking a Staff Accountant to handle AP/AR, financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and ad-hoc reporting.Roles And ResponsibilitiesProcess and review accounts payable and accounts receivableEnsure timely payment collections and disbursementsAssist with preparation of monthly financial reportsParticipate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processesPerform account reconciliations and journal entriesHandle ad-hoc reporting and special projectsQualifications3+ years of related work experience in an accounting settingBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferredFour years of financial or accounts receivable work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degreeProficient in Microsoft OfficeAdvanced knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tablesAbility to develop macros and automate repetitive tasks is a plus
