What Youll Do:

• Implement individualized treatment and exercise programs that support each students motor and mobility goals
• Deliver treatment plans and exercise programs based on Physical Therapy assessments and IEP goals
• Train staff on adaptive equipment use and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Support classroom and residential accommodations

What Youll Need:

• Associates degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Three years of pediatric experience preferred (experience with autism or developmental disabilities a plus)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and observation skills
