You'll play an important role in connecting prospective customers with our sales and service teams while providing an outstanding customer experience. What Does an Automotive BDC Representative Do? As a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative, you'll be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, following up with prospective customers, and scheduling dealership appointments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Respond promptly to internet and website leads
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Communicate with customers through phone, text, email, and online channels
• Schedule sales and/or service appointments
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Update customer information, notes, appointments, and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
• Confirm scheduled appointments
• Re-engage customers who have not yet purchased or scheduled
• Work closely with sales, service, and management teams
• Track daily activities, appointments, contacts, and follow-up opportunities
• Follow established BDC processes and communication schedules
• Provide professional and friendly customer service
• Help convert online inquiries and phone calls into dealership visits
• Meet individual and department goals for calls, contacts, appointments, and customer engagement

Organization Is Essential This position requires someone who is exceptionally organized. You'll be managing multiple customers, conversations, appointments, follow-up dates, emails, text messages, and CRM tasks throughout the day. We're looking for someone who can:
