The role involves completing a Clinical Fellowship as an SLP-CF, supervised by a licensed, ASHA-certified SLP, and adhering to state licensure requirements. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans for areas such as speech, language, cognition, swallowing, and communication disorders, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. The SLP-CF must meet productivity standards, participate in patient care and team meetings, and ensure a safe, compassionate environment. Additional duties involve ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and providing patient education on communication devices and hearing assessments. The position requires a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related fields, and appropriate licensure or certification.
