We're looking for a proven General Manager and strong leader who knows how to build a team, develop managers, manage by the numbers and produce profitable results. Experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or another home-services business is preferred - but it is NOT required. We can teach you our business. We're much more interested in finding someone who already knows how to successfully lead and manage a company. Experience managing or helping lead a mid-sized business is preferred - but it is NOT required. We're looking for someone who understands people, leadership, accountability, financial performance and profitable growth. We'll teach you the rest.
