Research Leader (DMPK), Cambridge, MA
Isomorphic Labs
Isomorphic Labs seeks a Research Leader in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to drive DMPK strategy for drug discovery projects. The role combines domain expertise with AI-first approaches to optimize drug candidate quality and advance computational predictive models.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute stage-appropriate DMPK strategies incorporating AI and quantitative pharmacology
- Develop screening cascades and mechanistic experiments supporting project advancement
- Contribute to optimization of state-of-the-art ADME and toxicology predictive models
- Provide scientific expertise and strategic direction to drug design platform teams
- Collaborate with ML researchers and preclinical development disciplines
Requirements
- Advanced degree in pharmacology, chemistry, or related life science discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in DMPK, ADME properties, or quantitative pharmacology
- Experience designing and implementing drug discovery strategies
- Proficiency with computational and predictive modeling approaches
- Strong collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with mechanistic experimental design and screening cascade development
