About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing all financial operations, and serving as a key partner to the executive team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury. The successful candidate will also be involved in capital planning, and investment analysis, and will be expected to lead a multi-disciplinary finance organization. Key responsibilities for the CFO include maintaining strong internal controls, and financial governance practices, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving profitability, EBITDA, and operating performance, and will be adept at financial planning and analysis. Experience in the luxury hospitality sector is essential, as is the ability to translate complex financial information into clear operational recommendations. The CFO will also be involved in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and reporting processes, and must have excellent executive communication and presentation skills. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding advanced financial credentials such as a CPA or MBA.
