What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.). Proven sales and/or recruiting experience. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Structured and organized approach with a results-driven focus.
