Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join their team. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Success team supporting order processing, customer service, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have advanced Microsoft excel skills, a proactive attitude, and problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range:$18-$24

Shift: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel is required (including data analysis, spreadsheets, and reporting)
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests, providing knowledgeable solutions
• Support inventory management by assessing aged inventory and evaluating order opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate pricing in ERP systems

What's Needed?

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to think quickly and solve problems efficiently
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana is a plus
