Overview:

* Removed breast meat from poultry carcasses using knives and processing equipment.
* Trimmed excess fat, cartilage, and bone fragments to meet quality standards.
* Inspected products for defects and ensured compliance with food safety regulations.
* Maintained a clean and sanitary work area according to company and USDA guidelines.
* Worked efficiently in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily quotas.
* Followed workplace safety procedures and properly handled cutting tools.
* Sorted and packaged processed poultry products as required.
* Collaborated with team members to maintain production flow and quality control.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in breast debone a plus, but not required.
