Technology Investment Banking Analysts/Associates

Metis Search are currently partnered with a leading Global Investment Bank who are adding experienced Technology Analysts and Associates to their group in San Francisco.

We are looking to connect with applicants with the following credentials:

• 2+ years of IB coverage experience;
• Closed M&A transaction deal experience;
• Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc;
• Comfortable speaking with C level executives;
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence;
• Transactional experience as part of small team - drafting CIMs, managing data room, buyer outreach, managing diligence process etc;
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa.
