Responsibilities Employee payroll processing and check disbursement. Log all checks and cash. Reconcile monthly individual fund cash logs. Key invoice batches. Physical Requirements Occasionally lift weights up to 20 lbs. Requires vision and physical ability to regularly operate Devereux vehicles. Requires physical ability to successfully perform CPR, First Aid procedures, and Crisis Prevention/intervention techniques. Significant and frequent use of verbal and written communication. Education High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Experience Minimum one year experience in accounting or related field. Good documentation and organizational skills. Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ability to adapt and work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
