PAY RATES

$20.00 (Inexperienced) to $22.00 (Experienced) Health, Dental, Vision - Following 60 days Paid Time Off - Following 90 days 401(k) - Day 1 Job Responsibilities for Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Green Hat) Miners: General labor Roller and screen changes Steel sets Overcasts Jacks Seal preparation Pumpable cribs Scoop operating Job Requirements for Experienced and Inexperienced Miners: 40-hour MSHA training 2 forms of ID Ability to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
