Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Recruiter Location: Johnston, RI - 4days onsite Duration: 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion Pay Range: $50-$65/h W2 What's the Job? Manage all hiring activities for assigned business units, including exempt and nonexempt roles. Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and candidate engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs. Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline. What's Needed? Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment channels. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
