The Opportunity

Job Description
Provide dailyadministrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations.
Support team members with various operational and coordination tasks.
Organize, file, andmaintainboth digital and physical records.
Assistwithinvoicemanagement.
Monitor and order supplies and inventory.
Provide Customer support where needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Advanced English languageskills(Verbal andWritten).
Proficient in Microsoft Officesuite.
Ability to manage timeeffectively andbe dependable.
Possess high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability tomaintaindiscretion with confidential information
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced or changing environment
