Front Desk Agent — Full-Time

SIGN-ON BONUS: $200!
Paid in two installments: $100 after 60 days of employment and $100 after 120 days of employment.

Pay: $12.00/hour
Full-Time | 4–5 shifts per week

Located in beautiful Helen, Georgia, we are a busy hotel with a lot happening every day. We're looking for a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team.

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests. Your goal is to help make every guest's stay comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional customer service
• Checking guests in and out of the hotel
• Handling reservations, cancellations, and guest requests
• Answering phones and responding to guest questions
• Assisting guests throughout their stay and resolving concerns professionally
• Providing information about the hotel, local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Communicating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Helping keep the front desk, lobby, and surrounding areas clean and organized
• Assisting with various hotel operations and tasks as needed
• Working as part of a team to ensure the hotel runs smoothly

What We're Looking For

We provide on-the-job training, so previous hotel experience is not required . We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, welcoming, and professional
• Dependable and trustworthy
• Comfortable interacting with guests in person and over the phone
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Willing to assist wherever needed
• Able to stand, walk, sit, lift, bend, and perform various hands-on tasks throughout the shift
• Committed to providing excellent customer service

Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position requiring 4–5 shifts per week.

Available shifts include:

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Requirements:

• Weekday and weekend availability required
• Flexibility to work either morning or evening shifts
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available to work holidays as needed

Pay & Benefits

• $12.00/hour
• Overtime pay: 1.5x regular hourly rate
• Holiday pay: 1.5x regular hourly rate
