About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for its Private Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a senior service level background, responsible for managing all business operations and overseeing the essential activities of support professionals. This role involves leading the development, implementation, and management of the team's strategic plan to ensure the alignment of team priorities and business goals. The Chief of Staff will also oversee the team's client service model, including business development, marketing, and client relationship operations, to support the scaling of the business. Candidates for the Chief of Staff position must have a minimum of 10 years' work experience in a relevant field, with an advanced degree, professional certification, or prior industry experience. Strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of financial services products, and technical proficiency are essential. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with superior organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, who is a team player and can work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to collaborate with others and ensure an exceptional client experience.
