On-Site IT Systems Administrator — End-to-End IT (Irvine)

Location: Headquarters, Irvine, CA (On-site) Company: American Lending Center Holdings Inc. (ALCH) Role Description We are looking for a versatile IT Systems Administrator to manage all aspects of our IT environment. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining systems, supporting employees, and ensuring our technology runs smoothly day-to-day. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and working independently. IT Operations Manage and maintain company computers, servers, and network infrastructure Administer user accounts, permissions, and access (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, etc.) Set up and configure laptops, workstations, and mobile devices Handle onboarding and offboarding of employees (accounts, hardware, access) Help Desk & Support Serve as the primary IT support contact for all employees Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues Provide timely and friendly support to non-technical staff Manage licenses, permissions, and integrations across systems Evaluate and implement new tools as needed Security & Backup Maintain endpoint security, antivirus, and MFA Manage backups and basic disaster recovery processes Ensure company devices and data are secure Network & Infrastructure Maintain office network (Wi‑Fi, routers, firewalls, VPN) Coordinate with vendors or ISPs when needed Monitor uptime and performance Work with external IT vendors, MSPs, or contractors when necessary Assist with office setups, moves, or expansions Recommend cost-effective technology improvements Qualifications Required 2–5 years of hands‑on IT or systems administration experience Strong working knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Networking (Wi‑Fi, VPN, routers) Experience supporting end users directly Preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) Automated scripting (PowerShell, Bash) Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, MS Admin, etc.) Key Traits for Success Self‑starter who can work independently Comfortable handling a wide variety of IT tasks Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills Patient and helpful when supporting employees Practical and cost‑conscious decision‑maker Salary: $78,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year What Makes This Role Different (Small Company) Less specialization, more end-to-end ownership Opportunity to shape the company’s IT systems and processes Direct impact on employee productivity and operations Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match PTO and holidays Career development and certification support A collaborative, fast‑paced team that values innovation and people #J-18808-Ljbffr Regional Centers Holding Group
