Location: Fairfax, VA 22033 | Office

Work Schedule: M-F 8:00a - 5:00p; Sa - Sun Occasionally

Expected Hire date: Immediately

Pay: $18.50 - $28.85 / hr

Position Overview: Always Best Care of Fairfax is growing fast... and we need a scrappy, motivated go-getter to keep our schedules running like clockwork! If you're a self-starter who thrives under pressure, loves solving problems, and wants to make a real impact in people's lives, this is your chance.

What You'll Do:

Own the care professional (caregiver) schedulemake it happen, no excuses.
Jump on last-minute changes and turn chaos into calm.
Communicate like a pro with care professionals, clients, and our team.
Use tech tools to keep everything organized and on point.

What We're Looking For:

Hungry to learn, eager to grow, and ready to hustle.
Self-motivated problem solver who doesn't wait for instructions.
Great communicator with a knack for building relationships.
Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.
Experience in home care or healthcare scheduling.
