If you are a talented, passionate clinician looking to make a real difference in the recovery community, the Avenues family warmly welcomes you!Now hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for our Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN!What You'll DoSupport and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant dutiesManage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical programOversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environmentFacilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseloadProvide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentationProvide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatmentWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree or higher in related field preferred3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferredCurrent licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHCEfficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skillsPositive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principlesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100- bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
