Role Provides independent nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, and coordinates patient care within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates leadership within the unit or department. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year applicable nursing experience, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current Basic Life Support certification from AHA or Red Cross, and registered nurse licensure. Key Duties Works part‑time during night shifts, including weekends. Has on‑call responsibilities. Functions independently, ensuring high standards of patient care in a diverse, inclusive environment.
