Physical Therapist – Providence Saint John's Health Center (Per-Diem, Day Shift) San Monica, CA. Providence Saint John’s Health Center, recognized as a regional hospital with a 5-star rating from CMS, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. Responsibilities Discharge planning Performing patient evaluations Establishing and implementing a plan of care Monitoring patient progress Supporting the mission, vision, values, and objectives of Saint John’s Health Center Qualities Professional communication and interpersonal skills, including direct, honest, and compassionate behavior Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with certificate from an accredited program in Physical Therapy California Physical Therapist License (upon hire) National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire) Preferred Qualifications Experience in an acute hospital setting Experience with Meditech Benefits Benefits are designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally, and achieving financial security.
