Position Summary


We're seeking an Area Sales Director to launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication in their local market. Area Directors operate as local publishers: building partnerships with businesses that serve the real estate industry, featuring top agents, hosting events that bring them together, and growing a recurring revenue stream.


If accepted, you'd follow a clear, step-by-step launch plan. The first months focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you'd grow a business with your name on it.


This hybrid opportunity combines in-person relationship building with work from a home office.

• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support.
• Lead their publication's growth as the face of Real Producers in their market.
