Job Summary
Purolator International is seeking a Strategic Sales Executive to drive netnew business growth within the Healthcare vertical . This role is designed for a selfdirected, strategic sales professional who thrives in complex, solutionbased selling and is motivated by building new customer relationships and longterm value. This position focuses on identifying, developing, and closing highimpact transportation and supply cha in opportunities with healthcare organizations across North America, including providers, health systems, pharmacies, distributors, and medical supply organizations. Success in this role comes from deep vertical knowledge, strong executive presence, and the ability to connect logistics and supply chain solutions to measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Do
  • Own and grow anew business pipelinewithin the Healthcare vertical through selfgenerated prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Develop customized,valuebased solutionsacross Courier, LTL, CrossBorder, Logistics, and Supply Chain services
  • Engage seniorlevel and executive stakeholders to understand operational, financial, and clinical supply chain needs
  • Lead complex, multiyear sales cycles by translating logistics solutions into business and financial impact
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across clinical, supply chain, pharmacy, and executive leadership teams
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Operations, Logistics, Revenue Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to close opportunities
  • Leverage data, AI tools, and socialselling strategiesto identify highvalue targets and personalize engagement
  • Attend healthcare industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and maintain market fluency
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account plans within CRM tools
Healthcare Experience We're Looking For
  • Proven experience selling to or supporting healthcare organizations, such as:
    • Health systems, hospitals, IDNs
    • Pharmacies or pharmaceutical distribution
    • Medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare supply chain stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain complexity, including timecritical deliveries, compliance, and operational risk
  • Comfort engaging with healthcare executives and crossfunctional decisionmakers
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account acquisition
  • Demonstrated success in hunterled, netnew logo acquisition
  • Strong background in solution selling and valuebased sales methodologies
  • Financial acumen with the ability to connect solutions to revenue, cost, and operational efficiency
  • Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with enterprise or multinational customers
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executivelevel presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Postsecondary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, healthcare supply chain, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to AIenabled prospecting or datadriven selling tools

To support state laws, the base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $110,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on various factors such as job-related knowledge, and relevant skills and experience.
