Your Key Responsibilities Utilize radiographic and CT techniques to create top-tier diagnostic images for physicians. Work alongside radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate precise diagnoses. Efficiently position patients and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal results. Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff. Keep thorough and updated records, including imaging logs and equipment checks. Deliver compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging experience. Uphold a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment. Education Background Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is beneficial. Graduation from an accredited radiology program. Certification Requirements ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography). Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment. Key Skills for Success Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards. Exceptional communication skills with patients and other healthcare professionals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented mindset coupled with a strong sense of accountability. Comfortable utilizing PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging software.
