About the Role:
Join Manguso Architect PLLC as an Architectural Design / Drafter in Buffalo, NY, where creativity meets precision. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative architectural projects while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Prepare presentations and design concepts for client meetings.
- Assist in the selection of materials and finishes for projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain organized project documentation and files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in architectural design or drafting, a minimum 5 years
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Passion for innovative design and sustainable architecture.
