What You’ll Own: Integrated programmatic strategies across Display, Video, CTV, Audio, Native, Retail Media, DOOH, and whatever exciting channel comes next. Cross-channel and cross-department collaboration, ensuring we maintain accountability and unrivaled client service. Platform and partner relationships, seeking to bring new innovations, premier partnerships, activation insights, and meaningful movement to our client’s business. Strategic and tactical insights built on your channel and activation expertise all completed in partnership with our Analytics and Planning teams, transforming data into insights, insights into action, and action into measurable business outcomes. What You Bring You have approximately 6+ years of experience leading sophisticated programmatic media strategies and understand both the art and science behind exceptional performance. You're equally comfortable discussing audience strategy with a client, troubleshooting campaign architecture with a trader, or presenting business recommendations to executive leadership. You bring: Deep expertise with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or similar technologies. Experience across Display, Video, CTV, Audio, Native, Retail Media, and emerging programmatic channels. Strong analytical thinking and an obsession with solving business problems—not just optimizing metrics. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
