Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Validate healthcare workflows and business processes
• Work with developers, BA, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Analyze defects, track issues, and support releases
• Improve test coverage and automation efficiency

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 10+ years in QA/Software Testing

• Strong Automation Testing: Selenium, Java, TestNG, Cucumber
• API Testing: Postman, Rest Assured
• Database: SQL and backend data validation
• Healthcare Domain: Claims, Enrollment, EDI, HIPAA, Benefits, Providers
• Agile/Scrum: JIRA, ALM for defect tracking
• Excellent debugging, communication, and coordination skills
