As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll be part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team of caring professionals committed to our mission: "Empowering people to live their best life!"

You'll work in a collaborative environment where your skills, compassion, and leadership truly matter.

In this vital role, you'll assess and respond to the health needs of children within our residential facility by:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for children
• Providing respiratory care and medical support
• Interpreting lab values and clinical data
• Electronic documentation of medical records
• Educating and guiding staff, families, patients, and students
• Promoting health, wellness, and safety
• Supporting and mentoring Direct Care staff
• Engaging in a variety of meaningful, exciting tasks that make a difference every day

RN starting base wage: $38.44/hour + more for each year of experience. LPN starting base wage: $27.24/hour + more for each year of experience.
