Your Impactful Role

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering relevant tests, and developing tailored care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing a range of acute, episodic, or chronic conditions, working in partnership with physicians as required
• Providing education to patients and their families on wellness, preventive measures, and chronic disease management
• Prescription of medications and therapeutics within your scope of practice
• Managing patient follow-up and Chronic care as part of a collaborative care approach
• Engaging with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive, coordinated care
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Credentials

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Missouri
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willing to obtain within 90 days)
