Capital Projects Manager - Civil Infrastructure Delivery
Office of the County Engineer
The Office of the County Engineer is seeking a Project Manager to administer multiple vertical capital projects within Harris County's capital program. You will oversee design, construction, and close-out while ensuring compliance with sealed plans, county specs, and applicable codes. This role supports disaster recovery and continuity of operations (COOP) and works with diverse partners to mitigate risks.
