Land Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

Lead multiple land services projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Develop project plans, coordinate resources, manage priorities, and monitor project progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of service and communication.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness, accountability, and consistent execution.

Coordinate, staff, and manage project teams by identifying resource needs, making staffing recommendations, and aligning personnel with project requirements.

Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and successful project execution.

Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, clients, and leadership to address challenges and drive results.

Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Support land services teams performing title research, leasing, acquisitions, due diligence, curative, right-of-way, GIS, and related land functions.

Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

Assist with onboarding, coaching, workforce planning, and team development initiatives to support project and business objectives.

Contribute to operational improvements, resource planning, and best practices to enhance project performance, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
