Responsibilities

• Actively seek out and capitalize on new business prospects through cold outreach, targeted email campaigns, and digital networking to grow our client portfolio.
  
• Perform thorough needs analyses with potential clients to propose customized energy products and utility services that match their unique operational demands.
  
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle autonomously, guiding prospects from initial engagement and qualification through negotiation, deal closure, and smooth onboarding.
  
• Keep precise and current logs of all client communications, sales efforts, and pipeline progression within our internal CRM platform.
  
• Partner closely with technical and support departments to address client questions and guarantee the flawless execution of contracted services.
  
• Remain updated on industry trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements in the Energy and Utilities sector to offer authoritative advice to clients.
  
• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales quotas while upholding superior levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sales roles, ideally within the Energy, Utilities, or B2B sectors, with a proven history of meeting revenue targets.
  
• At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience showing strong results in remote or hybrid sales settings.
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of explaining intricate energy concepts in a clear and convincing manner.
  
• Competence in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and standard office productivity software.
  
• Strong aptitude for negotiation and closing deals, supported by a resilient and achievement-oriented attitude.
  
• Highly self-driven with the ability to manage time efficiently and operate independently without constant oversight.
  
• A valid high school diploma or equivalent; further certifications in sales techniques or energy management are highly advantageous.
