Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Prior experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility required.
• New York license required.
• BLS required.

Assignment Details

• Tuesday-Saturday schedule.
• Shift hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Facility setting: Nursing home.
