Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract-based role located near New Braunfels, TX. The assignment runs from August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2026. With a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students and a part-time schedule of 15 hours per week across two days, you’ll have the chance to focus on quality interventions while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Additional specifics about the school, district, and caseload will be shared during an on-site interview.

Preferred Background and Credentials

• Texas-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (active license required)
• Experience or interest in one or more of the following: CCC, CFY, or school-based SLP roles
• Clinical background in pediatrics and healthcare environments
• Proficiency in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for K-12 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Duties Include

• Screening, evaluating, and providing direct speech and language therapy for students in grades K-12
• Developing individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintaining accurate records and progress reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams as needed
• Supporting students in achieving communication milestones within an educational context
