Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions

Repligen seeks a Business Development Director to drive enterprise solution sales across the Americas, developing regional go-to-market strategies and building senior customer relationships. The role combines complex deal management with cross-functional collaboration to expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional go-to-market and partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify, qualify, and close complex solution-based opportunities generating long-term recurring revenue
Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer executives and key decision-makers
Lead development of technical and commercial proposals and coordinate customer engagement activities
Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams, translating market trends into solution requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, or related technical discipline
10+ years of progressive commercial or business development experience in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product enterprise solution sales cycles
Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations, including process development, manufacturing, and GMP environments
Executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in matrixed environments
Strong business acumen including financial analysis, forecasting, and deal strategy
