Job DescriptionThe Liberty Group is immediately hiring  experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Immediate start!

Pay ranges from $22 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

What you’ll do

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)
A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC)— pays more
Strong make-ready/turn experience
Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry)  only if you also have onsite apartment experience

Note: We verify onsite experience, ID, and transportation prior to placement.
