Compensation: $550,000 - $555,001

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in high-acuity cardiothoracic and transplant surgeries.
• Collaborate with a collegial team of surgeons, perfusionists, and nursing staff.
• Receive mentorship from experienced attendings who are committed to supporting new team members.
• Contribute to a high-volume cardiac anesthesiology team, particularly in the expanding heart transplant program.
• Engage in advanced procedures such as ECMO, LVAD, robotics, and aortic dissection in an academic setting.
• Provide ICU coverage for a minimum of 8 weeks per year, with the potential for up to 26 weeks annually.
• Participate in teaching and service initiatives with a local medical school.
