Job Description

Moneta is seeking a Bookkeeper as we build out a new centralized bill pay operation for our Enterprise Service Team. This role offers the opportunity to implement and own the bill pay process by working with Partner teams to deliver a strong client experience. The bill pay process will include receiving and paying expenses in a timely manner, tracking expenses, reconciling bank accounts, and providing expense reporting at the end of each month.

Essential Responsibilities

• Maintain client transaction details and supporting documentation utilizing QuickBooks
• Monitor daily cash availability within client accounts to ensure ample funds for all bill payments, requesting or processing transfers as needed
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare ad hoc reporting for Clients and Partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and establish process and procedure manual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, reporting to the Manager of Bill Pay & Bookkeeping.
