Position Overview

We are seeking an  experienced, CAM-licensed Community Manager with a solid background in  condominium and homeowners association management . This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking for  flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth .

Our office is located in  Estero, Florida , which serves as the central hub. All managed communities are within a 45-minute drive of Estero.

This position  starts part-time and hourly , with the opportunity to grow into a  full-time salaried role as the portfolio expands.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday
• Primarily work from home
• Some  on-site daytime or early evening board meetings as needed
• Site visits to communities as required

Compensation

• $30–$40 per hour , based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Paid bi-weekly
• Sales bonuses and incentives available for bringing in new association clients that sign management contracts

Key Responsibilities

• Manage condominium and HOA communities in compliance with Florida statutes and governing documents
• Generate new condominium and HOA management opportunities
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and referral partners
• Assist with proposals, presentations, and management agreements
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and client meetings
• Serve as primary liaison between Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors
• Prepare for and attend board and annual meetings
• Conduct site inspections and follow-up as needed
• Support onboarding of new association communities

Required Qualifications

• Active CAM License (required)
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience
• Minimum of 5 years of condominium and HOA management experience
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute to Estero, FL
• Reliable transportation
• Personal  laptop
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with  Caliber / FrontSteps property management software
• Sales or business development experience
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
