About This Role
We're seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our team and provide a nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. If you have a big heart and a passion for helping little ones develop essential skills, we want to hear from you!

What You'll DoResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to the intellectual, physical, and social needs of children.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and self-expression.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and development.
- Assess and address the unique needs, strengths, and areas for improvement of each child, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques to encourage a respectful and inclusive classroom community.
- Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, meals, progress, and development, preparing reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Contact information for at least two professional references.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred), and the ability to pass a background search and Central Registry Search.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- A strong understanding of diverse learning styles and the ability to differentiate instruction accordingly.
- At least six months experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting (not required for aides).
We're looking for candidates who are flexible, adaptable, and able to work well in a team environment. If you have experience with lesson planning software or other educational technology, we'd love to hear about it!
