Warehouse Forklift OperatorLenoir, NCWe are hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support incoming material breakdown, pallet transport, and staging across processing lines. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, operates powered industrial trucks efficiently, and supports warehouse associates in staging pallets.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate powered industrial trucks (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jacks) to move bulky commodities, sorted pallets, and recyclable materials throughout the warehouse.Load and unload staging areas, supporting sorting lines and heavy processing bays.Follow strict stack height and pallet-stability protocols to ensure a safe work environment.Assist with ground-level processing or sorting tasks when equipment operation is not actively required.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of verified forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Ability to mount/dismount equipment, bend, twist, sit for extended periods, and perform manual lifting up to 50 lbs as needed.BenefitsWeekly pay$5 prescription drugs$5 doctor's visit copaysFree teledoctor serviceFree counseling servicesLife insurance includedVision insurance includedDental insurance includedVacation and holiday payScholarship Opportunities401(k) retirement planFree legal servicesOur unbeatable employee discount program
