Night Floor Technician

Our Team is looking for a full-time Floor Technician in the Columbus area.   Key Tasks: Floor Care Work: Carpet,Cleaning, Tile floor care (auto scrub, strip/wax, buffing, etc) Fill-In Cleaning Project Work - Exterior window cleaning, Construction clean-ups, Tenant move-out cleaning, etc.   Responsibilities: ~ Check-in daily with supervisor to confirm (s) and vehicles ~Complete work as assigned (example - 1 -person job versus 2-person job) ~ Take before and after pictures on the Orange QC Job Report ~ Communicate any problems as they occur with supervisor (floor issues, access issues, equipment issues) ~Communicate with the supervisors and managers for building access, as needed ~ Use of company vehicles bases on equipment needs ~ Sign-out and -in vehicles each time and report any issues with the vehicles to your supervisor, when noticed. ~ Sign-out and -in keys to the key box or return to supervisors ~ Tag broken equipment with detail regarding the problem ~ Correction of customer complaints, as directed by supervisor (Orange QC) ~ Assist with fill-in cleaning    Compensation:  ~ Pay - $18.00 - $20.00/Hour ($37,440- $41,600 per year if working 40-hour work weeks) ~ Hours - 40/week ~90-day waiting period for health care. If consistently meet 40 hours/week threshold at the end of 90 days will become eligible for company Company-sponsored health care program. ~401K - Eligible after 1 year and workin 1,000 hours.
