Part-Time | $50-$65/hr

You'll work alongside Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Chiropractors, Rehabilitation Technicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that produce outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and prescribed modalities
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on their diagnosis, recovery, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, personalized care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
